Although our first priority is for you to enjoy your stay with us, we do have a few rules that we please ask guests to follow.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in at Villa Millefoglie is usually from 4 PM / 16:00 and check-out is by 10 AM / 10:00. If you would like to arrive early or leave late, we can be flexible as long as there are no back-to-back tenants. Just let us know and we will try to work with your schedule and with our cleaning service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we request 30% of the booking price deposit in advance from our guests. Your reservation will be secured with us and you can pay the full amount on your arrival.
You can cancel your reservation at any time, deposit is non-refundable.
OTHER BOOKING SERVICES
Booking Villa Millefoglie through any other website as Booking.com or Airbnb might be subject to higher pricing according to each individual website’s fees and service.
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay at Villa Millefoglie is 5 days. If requesting a stay less than the minimum
LONG TERM STAY
If you are planning to book Villa Millefoglie for a longer period, please feel free to contact us before. In order to come up with a monthly price we need to know all your requests for breakfast, housekeeping, heating, etc.
PETS
Due to the fragility of some heirloom furniture pets are not allowed.
POOL RULES
- Please do not jump/dive into the shallow part of the pool
- Please use the bathroom, not your pool
- No running – the area around the pool is slippery when wet
- Parents are responsible for their children at all times*
- No rough play
* Children should not use the pool without adult supervision.

Villa Millefoglie is available for location shoots, film, tv, advertising, or editorial. Please contact us with your inquiry.
